Professionail - not!


I went to the Professionail Spa for some infills and was quite shocked at the service.
I usually go to the same place every two weeks for my infill. My regular nail lady was on holidays so instead i got a so called gentleman. He was in quite a rush and clearly did not have enough staff on. He seemed irritated and was actually cutting in to me with the nail file.
One thing i believe is rude: NEVER talk another language infront of someone who will not understand it. You go in to these nailspa's and it happens all the time! Talk about nice service with a smile!
After leaving the spa and going to my second job i already had chipped one of my nails so there are two things that annoyed me about this experience - the service and the quality of the product.
I called this gentleman this morning and explained that my nail had chipped and he splattered out "Your fault!"
I will not be going back to them in a hurry!

Note: On Friday afternoon, a lady called me back from Professionail and offered to fix my nail for free and was sorry for the inconvience. When I arrived on Saturday I was greeted by the same gentleman who did my nails on Thursday. The whole time while he was repairing my nail he was saying its not his fault, his acrylic is strong. If it was then why would you fix it for free!?!
