Paris Hilton falls over her-size-11-feet.

It was reported in media outlets last week that Paris Hilton took a severe tumble, injuring her chin because the papparazzi was "fighting" and "pushing" over her.

Well the pictures have surfaced and doesn't it look like a different situation now. Looks like Paris tripped over a single stair on her way of a restaurant.
